Chemo-enzymatic synthesis of glycoconjugates
- The synthesis of O-glycans and O-glycopeptides
O-glycans play vital role in human body, due to the limited access to those glycans, the function of those glycans still uncover. In our group, we are using enzymatic approach to access different O-glycans and O-glycopeptide, such as O-GalNAc, O-Man glycans, and their related glycopeptides. Currently, we are working on the O-GalNAc glycopeptides, O-mannose glycans core 3 related glycans.
- The obtain of glycosaminoglycans (GAGs)
We are using different approaches to obtain glycosaminoglycans, such as hyaluronan (HA), chondroitin sulfate (CS), and dermatan sulfate (DS).
- The synthesis of N-glycosylated peptides
We are using enzyamtic approaches to prepare glycopeptides with N-glycosylation.
